Our Services
Therapy is a place to lay things down — the weight you’ve been carrying, the questions that won’t quiet, the parts of you you’ve been afraid to face. At Bloodstone Therapy, we offer a space that’s grounded, nonjudgmental, and deeply curious about who you are — not just what you’ve been through.
Our services are built on the belief that healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about coming home to who you already are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, burnout, grief, or just the everyday ache of being human, therapy can help you move from surviving to living.
We currently offer:
Individual Therapy (for adults)
Clinical Supervision (for pre-licensed therapists and social workers)
One-Time Consultations (for insight, clarity, or guidance without ongoing sessions)
All sessions are held virtually and tailored to your specific goals, pace, and needs.
Let this be the start of something honest, hopeful, and healing.

$120/session
Individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes.
At Bloodstone Therapy, individual therapy is a space to explore the full complexity of who you are — especially the parts you’ve been taught to hide. Using a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused strategies, narrative exploration, and psychodynamic insight, we work together to understand your emotional patterns, confront limiting beliefs, and build a more peaceful relationship with yourself.
This isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you meet yourself with honesty and compassion, even in the darker places. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, identity exploration, burnout, or just feeling stuck, therapy here is a collaboration rooted in curiosity, integrity, and transformation.
Common topics we explore in individual therapy:
Anxiety and overthinking
Grief, loss, and ambiguous grief
Identity and self-worth
Life transitions and burnout
Trauma recovery and emotional regulation
Boundaries and relational dynamics
Neurodivergent experiences (ADHD, autism, sensory processing)
“The goal isn’t perfection. It’s integration — wholeness that includes every version of you.”

Clinical Supervision is an ongoing collaboration. Typically meeting weekly for 60 minutes.
Whether you're working toward licensure or you're seeking grounded mentorship to deepen your clinical insight, supervision at Bloodstone Therapy is a space where nuance is welcome.
I offer clinical supervision for counselors and social workers who want more than just checkbox guidance — who want to think critically, reflect deeply, and develop their own therapeutic voice. Supervision here is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity. Together, we’ll explore clinical cases, navigate ethical complexities, and tend to the personal dynamics that inevitably arise in the work.
My approach integrates:
Reflective supervision with psychodynamic and narrative lens
ACT and solution-focused tools to support client movement and clinician growth
A grounded, real-world perspective informed by 7+ years of experience across systems
Support for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming practice
“You don’t need to be perfect — just present, honest, and committed to the work.”

One-Time Consultation (60 min)
Note: This is not a crisis service and does not establish an ongoing therapeutic relationship.Sometimes you don’t need ongoing therapy — you just need someone who can help you untangle something, validate what you're feeling, or offer a clear next step. A one-time consultation is a 60-minute session designed for people seeking insight, reflection, or clinical guidance without committing to regular therapy.
This session is ideal for:
Gaining clarity on a difficult decision or situation
Exploring a stuck pattern with fresh perspective
Discussing a mental health concern before taking further steps
Receiving psychoeducation or support navigating systems (e.g., diagnosis, parenting, burnout, neurodivergence)
Asking about therapeutic approaches and deciding if therapy is right for you
You’ll walk away with:
Reflective insight into your current experience
Grounded, personalized recommendations
Resources or strategies to support your next step
“Therapy doesn’t have to be long-term to be meaningful. Sometimes one conversation can shift everything.”

“I’ve been seeing Maggie for I think 2 years now and it has been amazing. She has listened to all my concerns and helped me through it all. She has given me tools to work through things and the confidence to face some of my traumas I never thought I’d be able to. I can confidently say that without Maggie I would not still be here today. So thank you Maggie for all that you do for me. I appreciate you so much!”

“Maggie is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly & down to earth. I know I'm lucky to call her my therapist. She's honestly made therapy easy for me; I feel like I'm talking to a super supportive friend who is also willing to give it to me straight. I don't feel overanalyzed, crazy or uneasy in any way - she makes me feel strong, empowered & decisive. I honestly cannot imagine having my therapy sessions with anyone else - & I love that I'm able to do it all online from the comfort of my own home!”

“Maggie is a wonderful therapist and I’m so grateful to have been matched with her! She is the sixth counselor/therapist I have had and hands down the one I have connected with and benefited from most. Maggie is a great listener and has provided me with advice, perspectives, and tools that have truly helped me cope with anxiety, build self esteem, and live in a way that feels true to myself. I’m so grateful for her as well as Betterhelp for helping us find each other!”
